2009 Cancellation and No Show Policy

Credit card information will be required in order to register for a Challenging Cases™ event in 2009. The card will ONLY be charged in the following circumstances:

• If you cancel your registration after 5:00 PM EST on Tuesday the week of the meeting, you will be charged $200.
• If you fail to show up without prior notification, for either the hotel room or the meeting, you will be charged $500. (This fee will be waived in the event your flight was cancelled by the airline directly)
